What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Economics, Business, or a related field, Minimum GPA is 3. 50 (out of 4. 00), Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, communication skills, both written and in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, manage multiple tasks independently, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Able to join for full-time (40 hours a week) for a minimum duration of 6 months
Nice to Have
Previous internship or work experience in consulting, human resources, or related areas, Familiarity with workforce analytics and data visualization tools, Understanding of change management principles and methodologies, Able to use STATA or statistical tools

Support consulting team in analyzing labor market
Assist in conducting economic and labor market research
Use statistical tools to analyze workforce data
Collaborate to gather
and interpret workforce data
Participate in client meetings and workshops
Help prepare presentations
Conduct research on industry best practices
