Must Have
Enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship, Studies must have an analytic component (e.g., Statistics, Market Assessment, Marketing research or Marketing intelligence), Able to provide an Internship Agreement from the University or from the School, Available for a minimum of 3 months and ideally for 6 months, Fluent in English + Dutch or French

During this internship you will get real responsibilities that will provide you with a good insight into the organisation and support your personal development. The Category Management team is responsible for developing growth for the category (Nutrition, Home Care, Personal Care or Beauty and Wellbeing) by making sure that the shopper’s voice is relayed within the business. The team builds and deploys category, shopper and channel expertise. They are the external knowledge catalyser which gives strategic category and cross category advice internally as well as to the retailers Unilever works with. During this internship you will gain a deep understanding of the business and the many challenges it faces, and you will learn how to make a success out of a product in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities could be (amongst others): * Measure and share category, brand & retailer performance * Use insights to help craft and define concrete plans that deliver a triple Win for the Shopper, the Customer and Unilever * Daily use of market information: Nielsen, Cypher, GfK, POS, field reports * Assistance in building strong assortment, shelving and promotional rec
