Why we’re hiring We’re looking for an International Tax Manager to play a key role in supporting global tax compliance and reporting across our international business. Reporting to the Senior Manager – International Tax, you’ll join a collaborative and supportive team where your expertise will help ensure high-quality delivery while also shaping how we evolve our processes. This is an opportunity to contribute to a function that is embracing innovation, including automation and emerging technologies, to drive greater efficiency and impact. What you’ll be doing Managing and reviewing international tax compliance and reporting for foreign subsidiaries (e. g. Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.) Partnering with colleagues across global offices to coordinate and gather information for compliance Maintaining and enhancing Excel models used for complex group calculations (e. g. GILTI, Sec. 987, Subpart F) Ensuring all filings are audit-ready, standardised, and appropriately documented Identifying opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve tax compliance processes Supporting and contributing to the adoption of AI and technolog
