Proven experience in international tax, Technical knowledge of PE monitoring, Technical knowledge of OECD Model Convention, Technical knowledge of DTT networks, Technical knowledge of MLI positions, Technical knowledge of EU Directives, Hands-on understanding of Pillar 2 / GloBE rules, Ability to read financial statements, Ability to challenge financial statements, Ability to discuss financial statements, Solid accounting foundation, Familiarity with management accounts, Familiarity with statutory accounts, Comfort working across multiple jurisdictions, Project management discipline, Fluency in English

ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
What You'll Do.
Own permanent establishment monitoring framework
Maintain live risk register
Manage PE registration obligations
Manage PE filing obligations
Lead technical application of Double Tax Treaties
Lead technical application of Multilateral Instrument
Lead technical application of EU Directives
Advise internal teams on tax positions
Document tax positions for audit defence
Act as technical authority on Pillar 2 /
Certify entity-level GloBE income
Certify adjusted covered tax calculations
Monitor QDMTT obligations
Advise on Safe Harbour eligibility
Coordinate data inputs for Pillar 2
Own design of Public CbCR disclosure
Ensure accuracy of Public CbCR
Ensure internal consistency of Public CbCR
Co-own transfer pricing strategy
Co-own benchmarking methodology
Act as technical reviewer on TP positions
Serve as cross-border tax reference point
Manage relationships with international tax advisors
