Must Have
Master's degree with above-average academic grades, Experience in banking, financial services, and/or strategic consultancy (including internships), Up to 2 years of international financial sector experience, Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), Financial analysis and problem-solving skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Attention to detail and high-quality document delivery, Enthusiastic and eager to learn, Ability to earn trust and respect from colleagues, senior management, and clients, Customer orientation, Rigorous and skilled in delivering quality documents in a timely and flexible manner
Nice to Have
Experience through internships, volunteering, or other extramural activities, Master’s or postgraduate degree in a financial field, Leadership activities, Participation in financial forums and communities
