What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in international procurement or supplier management, Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to key supplier regions, Understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and global logistics, Willingness to travel internationally (typically 20-30%), Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and business environments, Proficiency with global procurement systems and international payment platforms, Engineering, Manufacturing or Procurement experience across multiple aerospace domains and commodities
Nice to Have
Bachelors degree and/or previous working experience as an Engineer, Apprentice or Technician, Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with both internal and external customers and stakeholders, Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other quality management systems in aerospace, Fluent in multiple languages
