What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 1 year of experience in EdTech, education sales, or inside sales, Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, Able to thrive in a target-driven sales environment, Capable of adapting to a fast-paced startup culture, Proficient spoken English skills, A mindset focused on closing deals, A consultative approach that prioritizes the student’s needs, A desire to meet and surpass goals, A sense of ownership and responsibility, US sales, SAT/ACT

Nice to Have

Preferably experienced in high-value sales or counseling roles, Experience with SAT, ACT, Study Abroad, IELTS, GRE, GMAT, or related fields is advantageous, Sales

What You'll Do.

Advise students and parents about SAT/ACT preparation programs

Manage inbound and outbound sales calls along with follow-up communications

Convert leads into paying enrollments and consistently meet monthly revenue goals

Identify student needs and suggest appropriate programs accordingly

Keep the CRM updated and monitor the sales pipeline effectively

Develop relationships with prospective students and their parents

Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
