Full Job Description

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES** Working closely with the Director, Policy and Public Affairs Spain, key responsibilities include: * Support the monitoring of healthcare policy developments and help keep relevant internal stakeholders informed of key changes and potential business implications. * Contribute to the identification of policy-related risks and opportunities and support the development of mitigation or advocacy actions * Support the development and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders as part of environment-shaping and outreach activities * Contribute to Pfizer’s participation in relevant trade and business associations in Spain, ensuring alignment with agreed company positions and advocacy priorities * Support internal alignment by working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Medical, Health & Value and Regulatory Affairs in a matrix environment * Prepare policy briefings, talking points, summaries, and updates for internal stakeholders, translating policy developments into clear business-relevant insights * Support the preparation of materials for meetings with external stakeholders, trade associations and internal governance forums. * Support internal projects and initiatives linked to policy, reputation or environment shaping activities, ensuring timely delivery **QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree required * Master’s degree preferred * 2–4 years’ experience in public affairs, policy, government relations or related areas, preferably within the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare sector * Basic experience or exposure to external stakeholder engagement (e.g. public institutions, trade associations) desirable * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in public policy and its business impact * Good national and international political awareness and understanding of the healthcare policy environment * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams * Pr
