About the Role: This is a newly created role built to support Dr. Squatch's international expansion, with a primary focus on Retail and B2B fulfillment across our UK and EU markets. You'll own day-to-day operations across international retail accounts, manage 3PL and display provider relationships, and lead cross-functional coordination with Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, Retail Sales, Ops Excellence, and Compliance. Your external-facing world will be largely UK and EU-based, including 3PL partners, display providers, and retail/B2B accounts. There is also potential for involvement supporting our Canadian 3PL operation in Toronto. Because our HQ team operates on Pacific Time, you'll be the operational owner for most of the European working day. That requires strong independent judgment, clear communication, and the ability to drive things forward across DTC and Amazon channels as needed before HQ comes online. This role will report to the Associate Director of Retail Fulfillment. This is a full-time hybrid role with benefits based out of our London office, with semi-frequent travel to key 3PL and retail partner sites across the UK and Europe, and occasional travel to our Marina del Rey, CA headquarters.
