Role operates within Docebo organization but is formally employed by 365Talents entity, Employees hired under 365Talents will transition to Docebo’s benefits programs and hybrid workplace model in 2027, Until that transition, team members will remain on 365Talents’ existing benefits plan and remote work structure
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-5 years of experience in a KAM position in the HRIS ecosystem for huge groups on a BtoB market, Fluent/native in French and English
Nice to Have
Unfailing optimism and taste for challenge, Responsive and organized, Not afraid of interacting with customers
What You'll Do.
Develop relationships and generate growth with key client accounts
Establish a sales and loyalty strategy for each key account customer
Meet and get to know each key contact within key account customers
Understand and analyze customer needs and respond with a tailored solution
Build customer loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities and levers for developing the solution within the account (up-sell & cross-sell)
Conduct sales negotiations and anticipate contract renewals
Contribute to the animation of our customer community through partnerships and events
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Ensure effective coordination between Customer Success, Sales & Marketing teams; Collaborate to solve problems and learn from each other (in hybrid model)
Communication Scope
Interaction with customers; Fluent/native in French and English
