Our purpose: reinvent being together. ### # **Program Overview** ### The **International Graduate Program (IGP)** is a one-year fast-track management program designed for highly motivated graduates, which offers: * ### **3 assignments** in different teams across core business functions * ### **International exposure** , including a 4-month assignment abroad * ### A **tailored development plan** and personalized career guidance * ### A **permanent contract** from Day 1 * ### Strong visibility to senior management and participation in the IGP seminar with other international graduates * ### Access to URW Academy and continuous learning opportunities ### # **Scope of Assignments** ### From the beginning, graduates are entrusted with real responsibilities and projects, contributing directly to business outcomes.
