This is a key operational role within the logistics function, responsible for end-to-end management of international freight from manufacturing origins in China (and other locations) to distribution centres and Amazon Fulfilment Centres across primary markets — the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and European Union. The successful candidate will own the full shipping lifecycle: from coordinating factory loadings and export documentation, through freight bookings via Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) and third-party freight forwarders, to ensuring on-time arrival, customs compliance and accurate reporting across internal systems including Monday.com and SAP ByDesign. **The Person our client is Looking For** They need someone who thrives on problem solving, brings energy and proactivity to everything they do, and who is laser-focused on getting things done. International Freight Management** * Manage international freight bookings from factories in China (and other manufacturing locations) to distribution centres in main markets (US, Canada, UK, EU). * Optimise international supply chain routes and container utilisation to minimise cost per unit. * Coordinate factory loadings at origin, ensuring all necessary export and import documentation is in place and accurate. * Monitor international transit in real time; proactively resolve issues including delays, route changes and capacity constraints. * Work closely with the account manager and other freight providers to understand network operating efficiency, capacity issues, and any threats to shipping timelines before making shipment plans and bookings. **2\.
