Structured as a matrix organization of six geographical regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 18,000 people globally. * Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificate of Origin (COO), PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and other required shipping documents. * Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, surveyors, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo loading, vessel arrangements, and timely shipment execution. * Monitor shipment schedules, document deadlines, and cargo readiness to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customer requirements. * Ensure all export activities comply with customs procedures, government regulations, international trade requirements, contractual terms, and applicable Incoterms. * Handle communication with buyers and internal commercial teams regarding shipment schedules, documentation status, and delivery of export documents. * Support resolution of routine operational issues related to shipment execution and documentation under guidance from senior team members. ## Qualifications * Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in export-import operations, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or international trade documentation. * Hands-on experience in preparing export documents and coordinating shipment execution with shipping agents, forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams is preferred. * Exposure to agricultural commodity, manufacturing, trading, or
