What They're Looking For.
Must Have
15+ years of experience in a business development/relationship management capacity, Fluency in Spanish is required, Must be located in Greater Miami area, Extensive International wealth management/alternatives experience is required
Nice to Have
Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
What You'll Do.
Prospect new clients within the Asset Management and Wealth Management industries
Maintain ongoing relationships with current clients
Provide support to the internal Enterprise and International teams located in the US and abroad
Lead strategic business development with key asset and wealth management clients doing business internationally
with a focus on Latin America and US offshore
Source and develop new relationships with senior leadership at asset and wealth managers in the LATAM and US Offshore markets
Support other iCapital relationship managers with similar clients located in the United States with ambitions to grow their business internationally
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members who are responsible for the day to day management of client accounts
Manage and lead internal projects
Develop framework and process for ongoing team management
Develop presentations and analysis for internal meetings and projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Head of International Client Solutions, Head of iCapital International, other relationship managers, and senior executives across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives; Provide support to the internal Enterprise and International teams located in the US and abroad; Support other iCapital relationship managers with similar clients located in the United States with ambitions to grow their business internationally; Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members
