Manage relationships with brokers
Manage relationships with consultants
Manage relationships with insurers
Manage relationships with benefits vendors
Develop renewal strategies
Drive implementation of plan changes
Drive implementation of programme enhancements
Conduct ongoing reviews of programme competitiveness
Identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor vendor performance
Monitor service delivery
Monitor employee experience
Lead regular governance meetings
Lead quarterly business reviews
Lead strategic discussions with external partners
Maintain oversight of benefit contracts
Maintain oversight of funding arrangements
Maintain oversight of renewal timelines
Maintain oversight of programme documentation
Partner with People Operations
Support effective delivery of international benefits
Develop recommendations for programme enhancements
Present findings to Benefits leadership
