Must Have
Bachelor's degree in accounting, 8 years of experience in accounting, Prior experience reviewing work of accounting staff, Prior experience managing accounting staff, Experience with international operations, Experience with multi-entity accounting, Experience with multi-currency accounting, Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.
Oversee accounting staff
Review full-cycle accounting for foreign subsidiaries
Prepare journal entries
Perform account reconciliations
Manage month-end close deliverables
Establish accounting infrastructure for new jurisdictions
Maintain accounting infrastructure for new jurisdictions
Set up local reporting processes
Set up banking accounts
Set up operating accounts
Integrate with corporate systems
Review statutory reporting
Ensure compliance with local accounting rules
Prepare quarterly consolidated variance analysis
Review reporting to joint venture partners
Ensure accurate reporting of joint venture expenditures
Oversee support to field exploration teams
Provide project reports
Provide budget reports
Analyze fieldwork expenses
Oversee accounts payable workflow
Oversee vendor compliance
Support transfer pricing
Review corporate allocations
