5-7 years of work experience in training or development area, Experience in delivering training and coordinating training processes, Experience in analyzing training needs and collaborate effectively with the business, Knowledge of development processes, English fluent

Experience in cooperation with external vendors is an additional asset

Design and delivery of internal training sessions
Preparing training materials
Implementing the Individual Development Plans process
Implement Learning&Development strategy
Identification and analysis of training needs
Recommending training solutions
Planning and coordination of training programs
Evaluation of training effectiveness
Ensure compliance with procedures
Organization of training logistics
Selection and cooperation with external training providers
