Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe. **SUMMARY** Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure by performing the following duties. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.** * Conduct daily follow-ups on pending tasks; (As the facility is a bonded zone) verify site patrols and cargo security, confirm material flow, and inspect physical security measures; * Organize security personnel training and assessments, and audit security-related irregularities; verify outbound shipments; * Conduct roll calls for external security personnel at shift changes; perform duty patrols during peak periods for employee commuting and meal breaks; * Handle employee disciplinary issues and address abnormal situations occurring within the facility; * Perform routine checks on security gates and verify the operational status of security screening equipment. **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** * Associate’s degree in related field preferred; six months to one year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Open to fresh graduates; training will be provided. * Able to adapt to shift work and overtime; * Possesses a positive work attitude, a conscientious approach to tasks, and strong communication and teamwork skills; * Requires experience in the security industry and at least one year of team management experience; fa
