We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries. In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Roma and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. A typical day will involve: * Provide tailored solutions and in-store experience that inspires and engages our customers * Manage sales orders, quotations, and customer projects with accuracy and attention to detail * Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers * Respond promptly to customer queries and conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction * Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure timely order fulfilment ## Qualifications * You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field. * Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers. * Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded, otherwise we will provide the product training! * Forklift Licence * Current valid drivers licence ## Additional Information Why join Rexel?
