Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. We provide smart electrical solutions in over 1,900 branches across 21 countries worldwide that improve the comfort, safety and security of our customers’ homes, businesses, and industries. In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Rockhampton and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. This position is 40 hours per week with an additional Saturday shift required / month with is subject to overtime pay rates. A typical day will involve * Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and sales teams to support long‑term partnerships. * Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers. * Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects * Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. ## Qualifications * Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and sales teams to support long‑term partnerships. * Champion safety and contribute to our strong safety‑first culture. * Experience working in a Sales or Customer Service role * Industry experience and knowledge would be ideal, however we are happy to train the right person too ## Additional Information Why join Rexel?
