Rexel Electrical Supplies, a part of Rexel Australia is a worldwide expert in distributing electric and energy-efficient products and services. In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Dandenong and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. A typical day will involve * Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers. * Admin such as: Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects * Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained * Respond to customer queries & make follow-up calls. ## Qualifications * Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the electrical industry or related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships * Proficiency in managing administrative tasks including order processing, quotations, and project coordination * Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail * Competency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide tailored solutions to customer needs * Technical knowledge or certification in electrical products and services * Experience working with suppliers and managing supplier relationships * You're the kind of person who brings a smile to the team and genuinely loves levelling up your skills in the electrical industry ## Additional Information Why join Rexel?
