Must Have
Bachelor's degree or associate's degree with 8+ years of work experience or high school diploma with 10+ years of work experience, Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned therapeutic specific healthcare provider experience, Valid US driver's license, Driving record in compliance with company standards
Nice to Have
2–5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience, Primary Care or broad-based specialty roles experience, Advanced knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products, Strategic selling, account marketing, and territory management skills, Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans, Demonstrated business acumen, Ability to effectively engage, influence, and support customers, Experience working in a matrix environment
