What They're Looking For.
Must Have

Overview: The Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for developing, planning, managing, and executing internal content delivery across the enterprise. This role will play an integral part in the development of all internal communications and intranet content to support associate engagement throughout Inovalon. This includes partnering with leaders and key stakeholders to develop and deliver content that effectively informs and engages associates across the enterprise. Duties and Responsibilities: Works with the Director, Internal Communications Collaborates with functions across the business via the Communications Council to develop content and communications for the overall Inovalon enterprise as needed; Manages the enterprise communications calendar, ensuring appropriate cadence, channel alignment, and coordination across internal platforms; Partners with stakeholders to develop, copy edit, and publish content to nova, Inovalon's company intranet, in alignment with brand standards and the communications calendar; Supports the development of town hall content, including talking points and slide materials, and collaborates with the Marketing Communications team on production logistics; Supports the planning and execution of ONE Inovalon Connect, a monthly all-company meetin
