We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Internal Communications Manager to elevate our employer brand, strengthen employee engagement, and deliver a cohesive, compelling internal communications experience. In this role, you will own and evolve our internal communications strategy across channels—including Slack, events, and leadership communications—ensuring messages are aligned, impactful, and connected to our company values and culture. You will also play a key role in driving change management communications, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives, transformations, and priorities. This includes developing clear, thoughtful communication strategies that help employees understand the “why,” navigate change effectively, and stay engaged throughout periods of transition. Leveraging exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills, you will partner with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand their goals and translate them into clear, engaging communication plans that reach the right audiences in the right ways. * Lead internal communications and change strategy to drive alignment, engagement, and adoption of key initiatives.
