We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly organized Internal Communications Manager to elevate our employer brand, strengthen employee engagement, and deliver a cohesive, compelling internal communications experience. In this role, you will own and evolve our internal communications strategy across channels—including Slack, events, and leadership communications—ensuring messages are aligned, impactful, and connected to our company values and culture. You will also play a key role in driving change management communications, partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives, transformations, and priorities. This includes developing clear, thoughtful communication strategies that help employees understand the “why,” navigate change effectively, and stay engaged throughout periods of transition. Leveraging exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills, you will partner with internal stakeholders across the organization to understand their goals and translate them into clear, engaging communication plans that reach the right audiences in the right ways. * Lead internal communications and change strategy to drive alignment, engagement, and adoption of key initiatives. Partner with senior leaders to assess impacts, shape messaging, and support organizational readiness, including structured communication and change plans. * Own and evolve Slack and internal channel strategy, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication across platforms. Establish best practices and continuously improve channel effectiveness based on data and feedback. * Create and deliver high-quality content (announcements, leadership messaging, FAQs, campaigns), translating complex topics into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences. * Drive employee engagement through communications that foster connection, transparency, and culture.
