You'll own the story Multiverse tells itself — making sure every colleague understands who we are, why it matters, and where we're going. That means shaping All Hands, advising the exec team, translating data into narratives people can actually repeat, and building the rhythms that keep colleagues informed week to week — not just when something big happens. We operate in a fast-moving space with real external scrutiny. You'll need to be a strong instinctive writer, calm under pressure, and confident enough to tell leadership what needs to be said and when.
