Realization of strategic comms objectives; Ensuring coherence and execution across teams, content, and channels; Improving UX; Continuous improvement of dashboards; Alignment with the four business units and NSE/Global; Ensuring clear, timely internal communication during incidents/crises; Strengthening employee engagement organization-wide; Increasing acceptance and actual use of new strategies, developments, and tools; Increasing professional impact and development of the communication team; Achieving measurable communication objectives

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 8 years of work experience in corporate communications, Extensive experience with strategy, crisis communication, and cross-organizational programs, Demonstrable experience with budget management, Excellent command of English, Available for 32 or 40 hours per week, Experience with people management (direct reports)
Nice to Have
Dutch fluent or excellent command is a plus
What You'll Do.
Defining and leading cross-organizational communication strategy for the internal communication team
Overall responsibility for organization-wide programs and realization of strategic comms objectives
Translating Deloitte NL strategy into integrated communication roadmaps and editorial calendars
Ensuring coherence and execution across teams
Defining and implementing content and channel strategy (intranet
Advising and coaching senior leaders (including the executive board) and program sponsors on executive-level messaging
and crisis communication
Managing comms budgets
Monitoring team KPIs and metrics
Reporting to senior stakeholders (including the executive board)
Leading and developing a team of up to 8 employees

Collaboration with the Internal Communications Lead (Senior Manager); Co-leading advice to the Executive Board and senior leadership; Aligning communication strategy for Deloitte NL; Working across teams, content, and channels
Communication Scope
Excellent command of English; Excellent Dutch command (preferred)
Process & Methodology
Leading cross-organizational programs, Developing integrated communication roadmaps, Developing editorial calendars, Managing complex programs and themes
