What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, HR, or related field, or equivalent work experience, 2 to 4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, training coordination, or a related HR or people operations function, Demonstrated experience owning or administering a company intranet such as SharePoint, Confluence, Simpplr, or similar, Exceptional written communication skills, Attention to detail, Solid project management and organizational skills, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Experience with an LMS platform such as BAI, Docebo, TalentLMS, or similar is preferred, Experience in mortgage, financial services, or a distributed or high-growth company environment is a plus
