Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or comparable professional experience, 3+ years of professional experience in communications, internal communications, employee engagement, or related roles, Ability to work on-site in Morrisville, NC at least four days per week, Must pass background check

This team serves as a strategic partner to agency leadership, helping ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities and the agency’s mission. **The Work** In this role, you will help bring the agency’s internal communications plan to life—supporting day-to-day execution across newsletters, announcements, onboarding materials, employee engagement activities, and recognition efforts. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating clear, timely, and engaging communications that reach employees where they are, celebrate their contributions, and help them stay connected to leadership, colleagues, and agency priorities.
