As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will play an important role in planning and delivering employee engagement activities, internal events and communication initiatives that help create a positive employee experience and strengthen our company culture. Day to day: * Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives and internal events. * Organize recurring monthly activities, celebrations, awareness campaigns and employee-focused programs. * Create and publish internal communication content across different communication channels. * Support the development and maintenance of internal communication platforms. * Collaborate closely with Operations teams and other stakeholders to deliver engaging employee initiatives. * Coordinate suppliers, logistics and communication related to internal events. * Assist in communicating company updates, projects and key business information to employees. * Support the development of new ideas that help strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
