Nice to Have
Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, MBA, Experience in public accounting, Experience in the Food Industry, Experience auditing in SAP environment

Assist in development of risk assessment
Assist in planning and execution of audit projects
Assist in determining corrective action
Foster a quality-oriented environment
Ensure effective cooperation with management
Ensure adequate audit techniques are used
Ensure audit work papers adequately support work
Ensure audit reports are accurate
Maintain effective communications with Management
Provide and maintain co-operation program with external auditors
Participate in development and implementation of quality initiatives

work closely with and partner with the Company Management; Ensure effective and efficient cooperation with management; Maintain effective communications with Management and other members of the global Smithfield audit team; Provide and maintain a co-operation program with the external auditors
