Experience on External audit e. g. Big 4 or Internal Audit exposure with other financial institutions within the region, Worked in fintech or broader financial services industries, Able to work independently through your assigned work, you assume responsibility and you know when to escalate and seek advice, Work well in a team and are receptive to feedback and developing new skills, Prepared to take ownership over audit areas and solve problems, Propose solutions to problems, Agile and adaptable to change, Seek to use data analytics and technology in your work and decision making processes, Demonstrate attention to details but can summarise key messages succinctly, verbally and in writing, adjusting your style and level of information based on the target audience, Curious - you’re great at asking insightful questions to understand the real issues and deliver the right outcomes, Passionate about driving change, making improvements and helping stakeholders, Relationship builder across all levels of the business and externally, Relevant experience in assurance, risk or control roles, Worked on collaboration projects involving internal and external teams, Worked in a multinational environment across different cultures and countries, Worked in regulated environments, Fintech or Financial Services

What You'll Do.
planning and executing the internal audits
collaborating internally and externally with partnering firms
make recommendations to improve governance
risk management and internal controls
development and delivery of audit engagements
Support the implementation and operation of the internal audit assurance framework
development of continuous monitoring and automated audit routines
Deliver audits per the audit plan to ensure timely and relevant audit outcomes
Monitor the implementation of Internal Audit recommendations by the teams and measure the effectiveness of the improvements
