5–8 years internal audit experience, 5+ years financial, operational, technology risk experience, Knowledge of blockchain architecture, Knowledge of DeFi platforms, Knowledge of crypto custody models, Knowledge of related IT control landscape, Solid grounding in financial reporting frameworks, Solid grounding in internal control design, Familiarity with global digital asset regulatory frameworks, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills
