5–8 years internal audit experience, Big 4 or top-tier consulting background, Knowledge of blockchain architecture, Knowledge of DeFi platforms, Knowledge of crypto custody models, Knowledge of IT control landscape, Solid grounding financial reporting, Solid grounding internal control design, Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks, Excellent written communication skills, Excellent verbal communication skills
