We are currently seeking a Retail Processing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will plan, organize and lead order fulfillment, picking and workflow activities in a high-volume distribution center. You will also be responsible for ensuring the team consistently meets productivity, accuracy and safety standards for all picking and order processing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent administrative and organizational skills, and sharp communication skills. Prior experience in an order fulfillment role is highly preferred. Please note that this position is open to internal candidates only.
