Must Have

High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience in a call center, 1 year of experience in the laboratory, Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), 10-key proficiency

Nice to Have

Associate's Degree or Medical Assistant training, 2+ years laboratory training, 2+ years experience in specimen collection, 2+ years experience in specimen processing, Data entry experience in a production environment

What You'll Do.

Retain client business

Perform occasional site visits

Problem solve for clients

Act as liaison to laboratory management

Act as liaison to laboratory operations

Act as liaison to laboratory billing

Support onboarding process for new accounts

Support EMR integrations

Support workflow education

Serve as primary resource for client inquiries

Resolve client issues

Provide ongoing utilization support

Monitor client engagement

Proactively address gaps in adoption

Ensure alignment with company workflows

Ensure alignment with company systems

Maintain customer satisfaction

Manage customer relationship functions

Manage supplier relationship functions

Generate additional business through consultation

Increase market share of existing products

Increase market share of existing services
