What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience, 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or auditing within aerospace or manufacturing, Certified or trained as an Internal or Lead Auditor for AS9100, AS9110, or AS9120, Prior experience with ISO 9001 and AS91XX standards, Prior experience using ETQ or other electronic quality management systems, U. S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent experience), Experience in AS9110-certified Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) environments, Familiarity with NADCAP, FAA Part 145, DoD, or customer-specific audit requirements, Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, Proficiency in audit data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel), Advanced certifications such as ASQ CQA, CQE, or similar, Experience leading or contributing to quality improvement initiatives, auditing and compliance knowledge, Leadership and facilitation in audit planning and execution, reside within the supported western region
