What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish, BSc / MSc student in a technical field (industrial engineering, informatics, data science or similar), or in a business administration degree, eagerness to become an expert for the Celonis software, 6+ months of full-time availability from latest September 2026 onwards
Nice to Have
Italian, French or German are a plus, communicative and presentation skills, e. g. through extracurricular work or previous engagements
What You'll Do.
contribute to the expansion of the academic community of students within our Academic Alliance
supporting the teaching of Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students
providing quality technical support to internal tasks and to students' projects
gain experience in inventing strategic approaches to Go-to-Market challenges and operationalizing them
contribute to Celonis’ growth in EMEA South and LATAM by making a direct impact on the company’s relations with universities in the region
Supporting the design and implementation of strategies to scale up and deepen Academic Alliance activities in universities in Spain
Support EMEA South team with delivery of in-person and online Guest Lectures on Process Mining and Process Intelligence to university students
Maintaining and supporting internal reporting via Celonis software and CRM tools
Supporting various team projects such as 'Celonis Global Internship Program' or ‘Process Mining Job Portal’
Actively managing existing relationships and developing new alliances and campaigns to students in the South EMEA region and Latin America
Stay in constant exchange with students
professors and student initiatives and support Process Mining and Process Intelligence classes at university end-to-end
Acquire an in-depth understanding of the Celonis software

For this role, you bring at least 6+ months of full-time availability.
