**Role Summary** As a Warehouse Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical warehouse operations and contribute to improvement initiatives. You will learn and support inventory management, help ensure GMP compliance, assist with quality checks, and maintain safe, organized storage of pharmaceutical products with a strong focus on safety, quality and business needs. This internship will help you develop key technical and professional skills to prepare for a future career in the pharmaceutical industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Learn about the day-to-day operations of a warehouse that stores pharmaceutical products. * Develop an understanding of dispensing and warehousing operations. * Gain knowledge of inventory records, helping ensure the warehouse is well-organized and clean. * Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and safety instructions, ensuring full compliance while working in the warehouse. * Perform calibration and verification of weighing balances and other relevant processes as trained. * Support adherence to regulations related to the storage and handling of pharmaceutical products. * Assist in identifying impurities and contaminants in samples to help maintain product integrity. * Conduct physical examination of stocks in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Learn about best practices, storage requirements and future trends in warehouse management. * Support the implementation of departmental objectives and projects. * Support the team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. **Experience, Education & Skills** * Pharm D or Bachelor of Sciences (or equivalent relevant degree). * Strong interest in gaining experience in pharmaceutical warehouse and inventory operations. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Strong team collaboration mindset. * Computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Problem-solving ability and proactive approach. * High attention to detail and accuracy.
