## _**Job Description:**_ Trust & Agency Services (TAS) is part of Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank (CB) division which brings together Deutsche Bank’s commercial banking, corporate finance and transaction banking expertise under one common leadership. TAS Luxembourg offers a wide range of financial services, supporting clients around the globe on achieving their business goals. Corporate Trust provides trustee and agency services to both the short and long-term debt issuances for corporate and financial institution issuers. It offers a very broad range of services for diverse products from complex securitizations and project finance to syndicated loans, debt exchanges and restructurings to more vanilla products such as Medium Term Notes and Commercial Paper. In this responsible position, you will support the Trust & Agency Team Luxembourg in their daily operations reaching from day-to-day syndicated loan related topics to occasionally more special projects. Responsibilities: • Review and monitor existing agency mandates as well as new agency mandates for syndicated loans • Communication with clients and syndicate lenders • Review and service syndicated loans based on the underlying transaction documentation • Review and analyse financial information and covenant testing • Prepare and co-ordinate signing process of transactions Requirements: • Student in the field of economics / business management • Flexibility, personal initiative, structured working • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team • Good MS-Office skills (the tasks require extensive work with Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as various internal IT applications) • Very good English and German language skills, further language skills are an advantage Please note that we require a criminal record in case you are selected.
