**Job Description & Summary** At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value. Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. In our fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow.
