Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader. Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process. Assign work to the team members, guide and support them to prioritize and ensure on time closures Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets . Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency Mentor and provide guidance & direction to the recruitment team.
