We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. ### **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** • Assist with maintaining records and documentation related to warehouse and logistics facilities. • Support research and analysis for facility locations, warehouse operations, and logistics network planning. • Help track project timelines, budgets, and key milestones for capital improvement projects. • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation for leadership review. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support ongoing facility and operational projects. • Support analysis related to warehouse capacity, throughput, and operational performance. • Assist with tracking lease information, property-related expenses, and vendor documentation. • Help maintain project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and operational data reports. • Support 3PL and warehouse network initiatives through reporting and administrative coordination. • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned. ### ### **Qualifications and Educational Requirements:** • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. • Strong interest in logistics, operations, real estate, or project management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and support cross-functional teams.
