**Intern - Project Support** Our Telecommunications Group has been at the forefront of creating a new generation of communication infrastructure for over 40 years. We specialize in everything from network development to complete life cycle solutions, datacenter retrofits and modernization, to full datacenter buildouts. While these critical environments are ever changing, the demand for innovative technology and long-term support remains constant. These services include design, construction, updates, and maintenance of new and existing datacenter facilities. We have an excellent opportunity for a **Intern - Project Support (Summer)** , aimed at the flawless execution of team initiatives throughout the US. **Responsibilities** * RFI Initiation/tracking/management * Submittal initiation/tracking/management * Coordination with on-site teams and subcontractors * Problem solving on-site issues * Developing useful software tool/trackers that can further help us succeed * Learn and understand safety on a jobsite and apply it everyday * Learn and understand project documents with a focus on Electrical experience * Other responsibilities yet to be determined Internship positions at Amentum provide college students an opportunity to gain real world experience in their specific area of study. Local candidates preferred. . **Qualifications** * Salary is determined based on the candidate’s level of education * Candidate must be currently enrolled in at least their junior year at an accredited college. * Basic understanding of Excel and Word. * Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
