What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Final year students graduating in 2026 or fresh graduates (Class of 2025), Commit full-time to the 13-week internship period (June – September 2026), Relevant education in Business, HR, Information Systems, Analytics or related disciplines, Interest in process improvement, automation and AI applications in business functions, Structured thinker with organisational skills, Comfortable working with data, workflows or process mapping tools
Nice to Have
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or workflow/automation tools
What You'll Do.
Map and document HR processes
Identify automation and AI opportunities
Support PMO activities
Analyse workflows for bottlenecks
Support testing and refinement of tools
Present recommendations for process enhancement

Collaborate with HR, Tech and Operations teams; Mentorship from P&C and cross-functional teams
