Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent course, Good spoken and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Good interpersonal skills, Team-focused, Highly self-motivated, Desire to explore new approaches and technology, Good project management skill set, Able to work independently on assigned projects, Willing to travel within Indonesia occasionally, Minimum internship period of 3 months, Availability to start in July 2026
Nice to Have
Project implementation experience, RF engineering experience in design and planning radio communications
What You'll Do.
Provide technical advice on communications systems
Provide technical consultative advice to customers
Develop engineering responses for proposals
Conduct technical presentations and training
Design two-way radio communication system infrastructure
Plan two-way radio communication system infrastructure
Engineer two-way radio communication system infrastructure
Identify and work with local vendors for software solutions
Develop in-depth vertical market knowledge
Develop unique solutions from core platform
Provide technical advice for system updates
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with sales organizations; Provide technical and engineering support to sales team; Provide technical and engineering support to distributors
Communication Scope
Good spoken and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Good interpersonal skills
Process & Methodology
Good project management skill set, Work independently on assigned projects
