Must Have
Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, A critical thinker who is exceptionally well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with effective time-management skills, A fast learner who demonstrates proactive initiative when picking up new tools, concepts, and tasks, A collaborative team player who also works well independently, staying open-minded and flexible in a fast-paced environment, A highly motivated, ambitious attitude with a commitment to growing professionally while contributing to the team's success
Nice to Have
Initial practical experience gained through internships, student jobs, or major university projects, ideally with some exposure to project management, interest in project management methodologies and agile software development, combined with an eagerness to deepen this knowledge, A keen interest or first insights into the banking, finance, or FinTech sector (a distinct plus), Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira, or a high level of motivation to master them quickly
