What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, Proficient in MS Office Suite, i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and presentations, Capable of accurate data input and peer reviews aligned with the Quality Framework, Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication, collaboration, and learning, Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, HR colleagues, and stakeholders via email, chat, and live interactions, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities, Shows initiative in learning new systems, processes, and HR practices, Handles sensitive employee data and HR cases with discretion and professionalism, Able to commit to a minimum 4 - 6-month internship duration
