What You'll Do.
Issue Purchase Orders according to Group Procurement policies and procedures and required KPI timeliness
Manage and followup on the Open/Aging PO to ensure the closure / completion of the purchase order lifecycle
accurate and complete reports as needed for the purchases
Support SSBP and Cluster Category Leads to achieve Group Procurement goals for compliance and risk management as indicated in SOP
Interface and partner with users to provide status updates as needed
deliver a high level of customer service and continuous improvement in delivering value for the GP organization
Support vendor registration process as per the policy
Deliver the needs of any other tasks as instructed and relevant to the role and Procurement Team
