Must Have
Clean and inspect an allocated number of apartments, Update on the status, Check and replenish amenities, Manage monthly stock-taking of linens, uniforms, cleaning, guest supplies, kitchen wares and breakfast items, Ensure that cleanliness standards are met, Help with monthly linen inventory, Help with linen, staff uniforms and resident laundry, Ensure all cleaning equipment and electrical equipment are in good working condition, Report all losses and damages for linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment, Attend to resident’s complaints and needs, Schedule and perform periodical cleaning programmes, Daily checks to ensure no linen or equipment abuse, Attend staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints
