Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. ## **Project Title** Lithography Process Improvement & Automation Project ## ## **Department** Front-End Manufacturing – Lithography Process Engineering ## **Internship Duration** Minimum **5–6 months** ## **Project Description** This internship provides students with structured exposure to semiconductor lithography processes through **project-based learning**. The intern will study existing lithography process flows, data, and work practices to identify opportunities for **process improvement, automation, and business process optimization**. Under the guidance of process engineers, the intern will apply engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving methods to develop improvement concepts and proposals that enhance process robustness, efficiency, and standardization. This internship is designed as a **learning and analytical role** , not an operational role. ## **Learning Objectives** By the end of the internship, the student will be able to: * Understand fundamental lithography process flows, controls, and key performance indicators. * Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing context. * Analyze process and equipment data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities. * Learn basic automation concepts and how they are applied to manufacturing and business processes. * Develop technical documentation and presentations suitable for engineering reviews. ## **Project Scope** The intern will work on defined p
